While sheriff, Noel had an affair with Clark County Council member Brittney Ferree, who later gave birth to Noel's child, according to court documents. Noel is accused of using the nonprofit's funds to pay his court-ordered child support, prosecutors say.

I've done a 120 day treatment in St. Joseph, Missouri. And I seen CO's break more and bigger laws than I ever have. Which is crazy to see and knowing nobody will stop them. Who's going to investigate the prison? Cops? Yea that will go exactly how you think. One day at dinner someone stole an extra fish patty in the chow hall and ran when he got confronted. The officer chased him and the guy stops and puts his hands up because he realized the exit door was locked. As soon as the officer reached him he literally lifted him up in the air with one hand around dudes neck and choke slammed him on concrete floors. Kid couldn't have been any older than 22. The officer was huge. He was then immediately hog tied and another officer screamed at us inmates to leave the chow hall. I myself was apart of the first group to eat that night in my building. I had just sat down. I grabbed what I could and just ate as I walked back to my housing unit. But many people never got to eat at all that night. That has to be a huge felony. They have to feed inmates 3 times a day by law. Then the next day they told us we were all given plenty of time to eat and nothing ever came of it. Oh and I'm sure that kid will have back problems for the rest of his life. It wasn't like a free fall he was slammed down very quickly and extremely hard. I felt the vibration of his back hitting the floor on my feet sitting about 15 feet away from the incident.

Then he claims he’s worried about an appeal when appeals are designed to be next to be next to impossible to win. He went soft on this cop because they go soft on every cop. All of the tough talk was just lip service to the community. You can get 15 years for stealing crap out of Walmart, for stealing a car or walking into a judge’s garage and walking out with his weed whacker. But this cop gets 15 for robbing millions from every person in the county

People can receive up to 20 years for stealing from the Government, but it as l said, it always would depend on the color of your skin, your identity, rich family, well known name, ( Famous, Police officer, Lawyer, Prosecutor, etc ), would usually receive probation, etc, and us regular people would receive a prison sentence.
