Really wish I had a person like him at my HS back in the day. I was that loner kid, who didn't have any friends and what not. And it really didn't feel like any of the teachers gave a damn. If I had someone who tried like Art then I don't know, I may have turned out better. Bless that man, I'm sure he's made many a person's life better.

OMG - I've been following your channel for years, and I always thought how amazing it would be if "OP" Officer Parker was shown some love. I went to Wilson Middle School in 2002-2004 and I remember him offering to buy us an ice cream if he couldn't remember our names in the cafeteria - and he always remembered! Always smiling and making us smile too.

He is one of the best Men I have ever known I meet him when I was 13 and I have now known him for 30 years. I miss seeing him directing traffic and at festivals. He made kids very happy. I knew him in different areas of my life I meet him originally at work, then school, and youth police academy
