I think despite the actual attack what's also really scary is how the people panicked and just tried to run outside even if they killed others by doing so. It's understandable. id say the best way to reduce attacks at this point is a minimalist dress code for crowded areas like concerts. from now on host them in enclosed venues and keep a single layer light clothing dress code (short sleave shirt + short or pant bottom +/- shoes/sandals). if we prohibit things like jackets, coats, purses/bags and boots (heavy clothes/accessories) as well as having metal detectors at entrances we can make it more difficult for people to bring in dangerous items. I don't think that artists have to cancel their show I just think security should be more strict on what people can bring to the show.(for ex. Your can only bring in a camcorder or cell phones or no backpacks allowed
