You should build a blackstone pyramid with lit soul sand, soul torches, a golden throne, and soul lanterns. Quartz blocks would also be a great addition. Maybe build it in the middle of a lava lake with blackstone bridges going out in all 4 directions. You should also build a conduit in an underwater coral ocean biome to give you aqua affinity and water breathing, and then you can build an underwater coral city. You could also like kinda design your nether portal kinda like a throne. You also need to keep your striders in alava pit so they don't suffer and die. I really like your amazing builds, so keep it up man!

PLEASE give your cute little lava loving creature some lava! You're literally only using all neither woods & surfaces. The lava isn't going to burn anything! (But you!) LOL! It turns purple & shakes cause it's cold, when it doesn't have lava to sit in. You just have to be careful around it. Give it a 2x2 blocks of lava to sit / play / rest in, when you're done riding it. It'll appreciate it, I assure you! LOL! Hope you stayed safe through the hurricane!! Really enjoying the series! ❤ *Do you have a skeleton spawner / level grinder? I honestly can't remember. If no, you NEED one! So once you put mending on everything, you can do some quick leveling! AND if your game is on "hard" mode, you'll get a LOT of sweet drops off the skeletons!
