Formula Ford Challenge Series - Round 1 at VIR

Starting from pole. Video starts mid-race. Swapped the lead back and forth with Scott Fairchild (Zink Z10) and Doug Voss (Merlyn). Leading into the last lap is usually not the preferred strategy so I my only hope was to go "purple in the first sector" I put in a really good first part of the lap and made it stick, winning by only .020 seconds.
