Thanks for the video. Great bowling all around. I just threw my highest series in about 7 years this past Tuesday night with the Arctic Vibe 258/234/278 770 series. Tied my PR of 29 strikes for a 3 game set. Had a pocket 8-10 leave and a missed 10 pin game 2. Paid the price though my left knee is swollen and my right wrist is extremely sore. I just bought an Ultra Sports Gear knee brace. I turn 44 this year so I'm also thinking of looking into some kind of wrist brace like the mongoose or wrist tape or something. I've got City tournament on Feb. 2nd here in Chico, CA. You know the worst center in California that has the ball returns above ground? Yeah that one lol.

Spare ball fit is so important. Bowled with a guy that needed a 210 game to make the cut. Went strike, spare, 4 bagger. Then the lane broke down, 10 mins later thumb shrinks and he missed a couple spares. Added tape but still flagged a couple and missed the cut

Hey Forrest, when you’re stuck in between with tape, add the extra piece but lower it about 1/4 inch from the existing tape and that will help not grab the base or meatier part of our thumb which makes it feel tight. Or if you’re using 1 inch, trim a piece to 3/4 and that may do the trick as well. Hope this helps some Rick L- Tenpinspro

Thank you for posting. Watched the whole thing. You honestly did not do anything wrong. It was that stupid IQ 78 that betrayed you and kicked you off the peak and forced you to start the climb up Everest all over again. Considering those odds you still made it almost all the way back up. Throw that 78 thing in the dumpster and get yourself a more reliable spare ball. The Ruby was literally magic. Truly the best ball I have ever seen you throw.

suggestion......get some extra textured white tape. It's thicker then regular white tape, doesn't wear as quickly. This could make up the room you feel in a quick fix.
