Why would you ever want to put a distortion pedal in front of a Marshal JCM 2000 ? A Tube Screamer pedal, yes, but never a distortion pedal

Tons of people do it. Distortion Pedals are ways to a achieve a unique tone and tbh there are no rules to guitar tone.
