Nick can win this drag challenge but he was spoon for early shifting which cost his race. That Bel Air can do 7.8 secs with that tune and proper shifting, the best tuned Bel Air can do sub 7.4 secs with some tinkerings.

As for the flipping, its a specific tune that kind of "glitches" the physics system Forza uses. Download the tune, use manual with clutch, throttle+handbrake and off you go. As for disappearing, he's flipping over the barrier behind all of them and when he does so, the game makes you invisible to other players until you come back out of the area behind them.
