Also, they never tell us exactly how many races we need to do and how many we already did, they only show us progress bars. Just ran 3 races on trial. You get credit for all three races. The notification pops 3 times. Gotta say I am confused though. We lost two out of three but the game said we won the Trial. Head scratcher for sure. But it almost seems worth it to throw on race so you get to race all three to boost your contribution by 6 extra shots?

I do believe event-lab races count though as they need to be started from an on or off-road point in the map for start line placement, still testing though. Yeah because it's for the whole community to unlock it'll probably take around 100.000 or more in order to get the bar halfway because they don't want people to go ham so quickly and get the new cars otherwise it'll be too easy

No, after a race you see the pop-up as shown. A single race gives 1 point only towards the race type you did. For example.. a street race will give 1 point to asphalt, a dirt race will give 1 point to off-road Hope that helps!

I don’t believe the progress bars are actually tracking our race completions. If they were real, asphalt would be ahead by a mile. First, because more people should want the mustang, and second, because most people should prefer road racing. Another thing: it always appears to progress at the same pace, there are no sudden jumps when player count should be higher. I think rather it’s on a timer set for near the end of the series, and this is a farce to get player numbers up.
