exactly bro, there are way too much to add for better drift feelings in this game, outside zones and inside clips (would be better if gave extra points when u fill them) extra points for chasing distance, outside drift cam, extra points for succesful 360’s or 270’s, and whole lotta things

Should’ve given us the option to use credits or CP to upgrade our cars but if you ask me I hate the level up system for cars. I wanted to dive in and buy an s13, build it into a drift car like in FM7 or FH5 and go, but I was let down.

I feel like after Forza Horizon 2, I started not enjoying 3 or 4 as much. 5 is pretty good though. Gran Turismo 6 online was the best in drifting lobbies at the time. Especially with the online custom tracks. Some people hated the multiple duplicates of some cars like Honda Civics and Mazda Miatas. I remember being able to buy a certain trim on a Miata and the roof top changes to light brown and i would always get asked how i got it. It was kind of a paint glitch at the time. I always dreamed of playing a racing game where you enter the track at the gate, go through inspection, and then be able to place your race car trailer / tent. Then make passes or races. Nfs Pro Street was an amazing game. Drift, drag, track, wheelie contest? I think? Ive played this game for 2 hours. Best Forza Motorsport yet.

I have tried drifting, idk if its my tune or my wheel settings but everything was super snappy and had super bad snap oversteer and the wheel gives me next to no feedback on whats happening while drifting. Still lots of fun, i have been enjoying this game and multiplayer hoppers are fun

Unpopular opinion. I actually enjoy being forced drive a bone stock car at first. You really learn the cars abilities and flaws. Then once you slowly add things you can feel the car getting better. I dont quite agree with the order of unlocking some things. But It works. It makes me want to actually learn how to tune. Instead of grinding credits and downloading tunes.

Slap, im not sure if you corrected it on the second time around but for your paint job the “base” color is what is highlighted in the sun and the “highlight will be the color of the rest of the car if im not mistaken. I also think the green one in special paints has more of a metallic flake luster to it which could better resemble your G hope this helps! Lol actually I just I hope im not misleading you Edit- will confirm after work today.

I rather like the upgrade system to a point the lack of a drift mode is a bummer but thats why its a bit of a drag to upgrade cars for people into drifting. If you actually race and turn your difficulty far up and just race the levels come really fast

To be honest now that I’ve played for a bit. The upgrade system NEEDS to be tweaked like you said or changed in some way. I do like it, it’s different for sure and I kinda like the idea after actually playing but what’s really bad is I leveled a car up to about 19-20 and I buy another of the same car expecting “I already leveled this, let’s play around” only to find out the second car is back at lvl 1. Now maybe I’ve been spoiled for too long lol but this is my take on it. Great vid slap!

I've got about 10 hours into the game now, I actually enjoy the car level system. It gives you a reason to drive and perfect the cars. You can't just dump a ton of easy money into a car and drive it once or twice after you max it out. The one thing I'm really missing is Road Atlanta.

You had a reason to do that before especially if you were drifting and shit. I used to have a bunch of tunes that I would run in and mess around with and make sure we're optimal and build them for certain events and certain styles of play. And that was the best part I could do that.

I just came up with a decent idea for the progression system. Regular road vechiles, you level up one ie Honda Civic FL5 to max, then other FL5s you purchase are max. Each GT3, GTE, LMP etc you have to level of each individually.

Not sure if you have tried it or it has been covered, but i had to map my fanatec ebrake in the wheel settings for handbrake. If you haven’t tried that it might fix your issue. May also be too many inputs with the hub (2 shifters and a handbrake)

Hey slap I found a way for you to use your hand brake but it's a bit of a hassle so you have to go to Your settings then input and at the top it'll say layout the hassle is that you have to basically reconfigure all the wheels settings and to set the hand brake just find the setting and when you go to configure it just yank it back and it should do the trick it worked with mine but I am on my PC so I have no idea if it will actually work on xbox or if you can even configure your wheel setting in general. I hope this helps though. Forza is back ❤️

You can set up a free play and turn on full steering and throttle/braking assists and it will drive itself and get you about 1 level every 3 minutes if you really don’t want to race the car to level it.
