Why can’t people just let others enjoy games they like? I’m primarily a PlayStation player This gen but this looks pretty awesome. Every comment section is the same… “gran turismo is better”, “Xbox sucks so this must be a 3 outta 10”…. Seriously guys, you may want to get some perspective in your lives. It’s a just a video game that a lot of people are gonna enjoy. I love my hobby but the video game fan base is fucking awful. People who will actively spend free time watching videos for stuff they hate then shitting on people who are excited. I seriously hope most of these comments come from people under the age of 10…. I really do

@@anth3277 I agree I enjo ygames that both consoles make for me it's not about the plastic box but the games themselves. Th eplastic box is jus ta means to an end for playing them . Whilst of the 2 I prefer Forza over Gran tourismo GT feels abi ttoo sim like whereas Forza feels a bit more forgiving as it's a bit more simcade a bit moer like Codemasters F1 and Grid games which I prefer but I do think both have their place and market. I think it really depends more on what you look for in a game as to whic hyou'll find better as a lot of Xbox games generall ylean towards having better and a more rmultiplaye rexperience like with Forza and Halo whereas Playstation on the other hand tend to lean moer t ohavin gbetter single player offerings like the Spiderman and Horizon games . I generally lean towards moe rsingle playre games like Horizon mainly because playing wit hothers can b etrick ywith my disability but I do enjoy shootin gup the Covenant in Halo and racing against the drivatars in Forza so I'm looking forward to the new game just as I'm lookin gforward t oplaying Forbidden West next year.

Well said. I have both consoles as I always do each gen. Xbox is my main and I use ps5 for Sony exclusives. I loved gt7 and I’m sure I will love this new Forza. It’s just video games like u said, play what you like

I generally play most PS games when they releas eto PC these days as I switched to Xbox durin gthe XB1 era as I was curious to try Forza and Halo out because at thattim eMicrosof t hadn't yet decided to release the games to PC and I was curious to try my hand at the Master Chief collection.I do have a series X but that's mainly for the games I bought on my XB1 after my XB1 died s oI coul dstill continue t opla ythem thanks t othe backwards compatibility plus I wanted to trty the Hypermotoin stuf ftha twas bein gintroduced int oFifa and things as EA tend to get introduce stuff like that to consoles first then PC's later.

@@runninginthe90s75 Honestly, the lighting in GT7 is far superior, so regardless of which "side" you're on, that's just a truth. GT7 doesn't just have the best lighting of any racing game, it possibly has the best lighting in any game, and the best material work of any game. The rest is arguable and up to personal taste, but lighting is something Polyphony should be extremely proud of, they killed it.

For me, the small amount of tracks at launch will be the reason I wait to get the game. FM7 has 32 tracks and 120 different track variations in comparison. I know the developers will try to release a new track each month, so they will eventually catch up. And I know when new tracks are released, they will look amazing because they are all rebuilt from the ground up. This will also give them time to work out any major bugs and fine tune the force feedback for all the different wheels.

​@@eSKAone-Then they would have to delay it for quite a while. What they're doing is they're laser scanning the tracks and so it takes a bit of time. They're all free and will be out when ready. I don't blame anyone waiting. I bought Street Fighter 5 on day one and felt ripped off. Street Fighter 6 was better but I still feel the added characters should be free for the first year. Everyone has to make that determination for themselves. But I think developers coming out with a good amount of content to chew on with free updates later isn't a bad plan compared to delaying it for years with all the content. The other benefit is that user feedback can result in added features and fixes to design. I wouldn't be saying this if what we were getting wasn't worth the full price we're paying for it. It's a really good amount of content.

Exactly. I couldn't agree more. MP racing that functions is already a roll of the dice, few games have gotten it right, and Ive played them all. Now they want to increase the barrier to entry. I stick to games that respect my time. I just want to be able to jump into an online MP race and have that race be based on driving skills not some RPG system. I'm not optimistic. Ill stick with Gamepass for now.

I enjoyed forza motorsport on my xbox series x but it just brung me back to gran turismo 7 on my playstation 5. I mean leveling your cars to level max 50 isn't bad but can be annoying for some people on forza motorsport. At least with gran turismo 7 you don't have to spend credits to use certain cars for the races like in forza motorsport.

Hey! I just tested it and its amazing, every race feels exciting and u really need to focus to not mess up, you need to participate in 3 qualifier events and then u can access open and spec events that is happing every 15 mins-ish! Way better than any other motorsport!

How many players can be on the track? Do Turn 10 gonna do Special Events or tournaments?Is there a qualifiying before the race starts? IS the Avater of my Driver finally a good useful Feature? Is a Driver swap possible? How good is the damage model( i dont talk about visual effekts) more about how it feel. can a tiere blow Up, can the engine been totally destroyed? They promised more Motorsport but the cake was probably a lie. I think they Just concentrate to make Ray Tracing work with 60fps and spent much to much effort and recources into it.

Sound plays a big role in FM and with rumble feature, I'm sure the devs have integrated a feel for how tires degrade under different wheather conditions. This was not just mentioned or brought up by Gamingbolt, but by another reviewer of the preview build as well.

Everything sounds nice about the game but fuck that car leveling shit. On FM7 I’d play with my brother and we’d build random cars for drag racing. I’d have to grab said car, do a few races in it, then I can upgrade it to my hearts extent. That’s just an unnecessarily tedious feature. Also, I heard they got rid of “no lift shifting” as apparently they fixed a “powe shift glitch”. So for those that care, don’t do that

Ha ha ha ha the carpoints in this preview version will be changed in the final version so you are forced to BUY extra credit to progress or go through an endless grind to even make the slightest progression. Project Cars 2 in 2017 had all this what Forza offers aswell and propably done BETTER and about 3x the tracks. Turn 10 simply cuts the tracks in half adds barely anything new and then charges us ij the future for additional “refurbished” old tracks. It’s a disgrace! And yes PCARS2 also charged for additional tracks but those were truely additional ones and newly designed tracks that were offered as extra content over the already insane number of varying tracks in the original game. Gaming, and I mean REAL gaming which was fun, entertaining and a realistic challenge, is dead @GamingBolt
