Great video as always. Just got back from Port Mulgrave. I need to start doing the same as you guys now and just pick up the good stuff as 6 stone in weight back up that hill and ladder was no fun. Can't wait for the big reveal. Keep it up!

I visited port around the same time as you. Was rainy and sludgy. My feet kept sliding off the ladder and into the clay /mud wall. Did you find much?

L9 plenty of ammonites and belemnites. Some were huge over by the old harbour wall. Far too big to trudge up the hill. Stunning day when we went.

Hi John, I would say Port Mulgrave if you are on the Yorkshire coast. Since the landslip its still delivering lots of common ammonites, but they are very tough to prep :)

By the way, what is the strategy for opening a nodule? Crack it? Use a chisel? Saw it?

Just learn "Estuary English" miss out the letter "H" and you will be fine

If nowt showing crack it with hammer or chisel, if showing and you want to do it properly take it home and prepare it
