Fouad!!! I watch every video on your channel and recommend it to all my buddies!!! Thank you for all you do. Seriously big dawg. The 90's era vs. Nowadays topic is of great interest to me. The top guys back then were drying out using Cytadren 2-4 weeks out (Chris Cormier), 25mg Demadex (Dorian Yates) or 1mg oral Bumex (Milos Sarcev) as loop diuretics the night before and contest morning, Esciclene before it was discontinued in 1998 to temporarily enhance weak spots or muscle peaks, and 40mg Halotestin 5 weeks out to get hard as hell. Today, it's Arimidex/Proviron to dry out, Aldactone/Dyazide to cut water, Synthol which blurs muscle detail yet site enhances, and count more on Masteron to harden up. Asides from the drugs being sourced and produced with far less quality (aka. Organon ampules of Sustanon or 3 amps of Parabolan only being 228mg of Tren Hex, etc.), I think the difference in Contest Prep choices that existed then that don't now is why the athletes might possibly look less conditioned and grainy. Pose this question on an interview sometime man. I think it's at least possible. Thanks again!

It's funny how much I relate to this when I first started bodybuilding I was Tiny but I didn't care as I got bigger I got more self-conscious and never wanted to take my shirt off even though I was a whole lot more muscular even now I still don't like to it's good to see that we all can connect

Fouad is correct about social media - I’m recently back into bodybuilding after pursuing other interests and not following bodybuilding since around the year 2000. I didn’t know who Fouad was until I found him on KZbin and now I never miss the podcast. Didn’t know of Cisternino before today, or that he was an outdoorsman. Thank you, @guycisternino, for calling out the hypocrites who kill animals with their debit cards instead of hunting them ethically. Now I’m a big fan of him, too! Keep up the strong work, men. 💪🏽

I like how honest guy is about his past affecting him. Alot of guys cant swallow their pride and talk about that stuff. The more open you are the more aware you can become of those things and learn ways to prevent them from affecting you. You can tell he is has a good grip on his mindset and thats a trait that can really save you. It has saved me before too

You and Guy are honest to your listeners and your honest to yourself, both Great Bodybuilders, you tell your opinion and you except others opinions without trying to push your opinions on them ....Guy is someone you have to have on the Podcast often, he is very entertaining, funny, and he is real, and I admire Guy more after your interview, like you said, ‘’Get to know them”’. Another Great interview, Fouad and don’t retire, take as much time as you need to train to be happy to step on the stage, we are living the experience with you.....and if that time doesn’t come you have found your place in Bodybuilding World, your Podcast, love them all and look forward to the next....Love Hosstile Supplements, people have to try them and they will be hooked.

Again such a great podcast!! Thanks Guy and thank you Fouad. You know what I like about the substance of this. Around '98/' '05 the Internet culture, the message boards were in my experience such a great manner to share experiences, learn and communicate about all things with like minded people. This channel with its guests and community captures that same feeling for me. Especially that final message from Guy, from which sport are you going to find authorities such as thr both of you, that are openly accessible. Even at the firm were I work there is shark behind a shark waiting to capitalize on any weakness during any case.
