The cuisine of karnataka leaves me bemused at times. I have seen various versions of Akki Roti on the web. Some are made with cuc's & rava. Some with onions & rava. Those resemble a thickish pancake, that's cooked with oil. Then there's the same version made with rice flour with three holes on it. Then here we meet an akki roti that's plain & cooked like a North indian phulka 😵 Bahut confuse karte hain yeh log! 😁 Naam ek...lekin kaarnaamein anek!

The smoky toasted Akki Roti looks so soft and scrumptious especially with the Coconut chutney . Oh I don’t think I have watched that Vlog . I thought their would be a kitchen tour ; however looks like they are under staffed . The Toasted Veg sandwich is unique in terms of the stuffing 😋 Was the chutney a pure coconut chutney or is it a Mint coriander Coconut chutney? Looking at the bottles at the back drop , I thought they also provide some medicines .
