I've seen many versions of movies about Christ but this is the only one that truly moves me. I remember watching it as a child when they used to show it on tv on Easter in the late 70's. I have it on both VHS & DVD.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ernest once at a party for the Great Circus Parade in Milwaukee. I was a valet parking cars. He came outside to have a cigar and talked to us all for 10-15 minutes. He joked about having to borrow a car which happened to be a Rolls Royce. I asked him if he got stuck with the last car in the lot. He laughed a little and gave me a wink. Super nice guy. Great memory.

No other movie compares to this movie Jesus of nazareth...The amount of actors is surpass bar none...Word for word, act for act, a compelling show of what did happen to Jesus christ, as well as the ones that did this to him.. why it is not shown more beat me..A good learning movie for all...JRC

If you've never cried for someone, or taken the time to let someone confide in you, you've never truly loved.

If the crucifixion,or even Jesus was a myth,do You think the Romans would of had an easier time laying it all to rest? could You go out in Your town and create a big scene without anyone noticing? It would probably become a matter of public record,as in the life and death of Jesus-there were witnesses to all of this -if it wasnt true it would of been exposed in order to end Chistianity

You truly know not what you are doing. You failing to see the truth the Spirit within all of us unless it is oppressed and asleep by ones will, that spirit hears the words and comes to life unless you abort it willfully. The signs of willfull disobedience is mockery. I pray you hear that truth I just relayed to you.

No, a dedicated believer in God should have it removed, because such an act of God is a punishment!! Any insurance against it would be defying the Will Of GOD!!!!! exclamation marks!!!!! No really, I agree with you: an atheist should get rid of it and try to find a superstition-free insurance company that has it rephrased to something like "a natural disaster" or "chance accident", because that is what is meant there.

Nice man telling about tears of stupidity having been indoctrinated with the Jesus myth as if it were a historical factual account. Them that keep the Jesus propaganda machine going know but to well what they are doing. I do like Ernest, a straightforward guy with no evil intentions at all, except in the movies.
