Gonna be lengthy but in Christianity their is a deep pit called gehenna or the dungeons the valley of the aboding damned children where anyone that broke gods laws were sent to relive their suffering without comfort or release of death. This place is almost like a purgatory or a void, the real Astral realm i saw a glimpse of it when I was anointed and my soul was damaged what I saw was interesting, I saw angels but I could also see dark spirits and some of the fallen angels. They all had red eyes and were trying to torture me. But God protected me and said "you shouldn't be in this place you're Alive and you don't need to see what's here." It was an interesting experience but when I talked to pastors or family about it they called Me insane lol until they felt his presence and shut up.

What I loved about the first two Insidious films was the time dilation. Moments tied in with each other between the films with simple but cool things like the pounding on the front door (and it’s eventual opening) being Jake all along, etc. I just love shit like that in movies.

One mistake, Elise didn't move on to heaven at the end of Insidious 2. The final scene of the movie is her two assistants going to another house to speak with a family and Elise's spirit is with them, who's able to be seen by the younger daughter at the doorway before she slips inside to speak to the older daughter, who had died and been resuscitated after an accident, bringing something back with her that we don't see, the final shot being on Elise's horrified reaction to whatever it is.

There is an entity from The Further which interferes. First I thought it was the Red Face Demon, but Specs wrote down words like "BITCH". Why would the Red Face Demon hate Elise so much? Does he have a reason for that? Maybe, but I believe the entity who got involved was none other than Parker Crane, the man we all know as the Bride in Black. Fast forward to the end of the film: Josh being possessed by Crane attacks Elise and calls her a bitch as he strangles her... This is why I think it was Crane who cursed at Elise during the séance. Thoughts?

I don't know if I would consider Insidious to be something new but it definitely does something that most horror films can't seem to do nowadays and that's build suspense and atmosphere. Doing stuff in the dark is such a great way to build tension because you can play off people's fear of not knowing what's dwelling or waiting in the dark for an unsuspecting victim. You don't see that kind of stuff much in other recent horror films.

The correct order to watch the insidious movies are 3412. In chapter 3. They focus on the Quinn girl and help her. This event happened way b4 1 and 2. Then u watch chapter 4 because this is another one that happens b4 1 and 2. Then the last 2 u should watch is 1and 2. 1 happens after chapter 4.
