Sydnie sang three songs over the course of the BGT 2024 series. Each and everyone was sensational. For her golden buzzer winning audition she sang "Tomorrow". Before she had even sung a note she had the audience and judges (except Simon) in the palm of her hand. So you need to watch the whole sequence not just the song. It was simply wonderful. In the semi-final she sang "My Way" and , then, in the final she sang "Somewhere Over The Rainbow". This trilogy of songs was, in my opinion, the greatest performances ever on BGT.

Thanks for your comment. Comments like yours, allows me to understand why Sydnie Christmas's performances are loved by more and more people around the world. Nobody knew Sydnie Christmas, except a dozen detractors who say she was super famous and well-known. I suggest that you use Sydnie Christmas as an example for your course because, in addition to having talent, she demonstrates a lot of determination, a spirit of sacrifice and intelligence. Watching her first audition, you will understand why her humor and her version of Tomorrow, earned her the Gold Button and access to the semi-finals and finals. In this video you are seeing the tip of the "iceberg".

this was her second audition....and in my opinion her most powerful though her final one 'Over the Rainbow' was a a close second! you get the feel of her personality on her golden buzzer audition...everyone fell in love with her...she is so genuine!

As you saw & heard, Freya, Sydnie is so good: welcome to her singing, her English art. This was for BGT; her album, My Way, also on here now, has the huge range of her talent, telling also of her life's trials and triumphs, she said. The song for the final that BGT suggested for her, at 72 hours notice after this My Way video happened, she didn't feel she should, for Loren Allred is her idol: when Loren personally sent her a video message of encouragement, she then went ahead, as she explained on TV after she won the final. Besides you seeing that BGT final performance, and Sydnie's own music videos now, Loren & Sydnie have been able this year also to record their own duet of Over the Rainbow, as Sydnie and Amanda chatted about at that finals night. It's to be released this Friday, 6 Dec.

Go back and watch her "Tomorrow" audition where she did get the Golden Buzzer .....then watch her final performance where she sings "Over the Rainbow". She has also put out an album and 3 Christmas songs. Her rendition of "Have Yourself A MerryvLittle Christmas" is very jazzy....there's even a live version of that one. Plus there's a video of her singing "Starlight Express".She's extremely likable and funny. Love her singing.

Her personality itself is worth a golden buzzer, so be sure to watch her audition with Tomorrow, but note that her audition is not quite as powerful as My Way, given it was her "last chance" at a musical career and her self-confidence was at very low ebb. I think this My Way performance was so deliciously surprising to both judges and audience because they assumed she gave her all on Tomorrow, which she had not.

"My Way" is the second in a series of three songs by Sydnie on BGT. Her first song, "Tomorrow" is where Sydnie achieved her Golden Buzzer. Her final song, "Over the Rainbow" handed Sydnie the win for the season. On another note, I really do appreciate your style and professional critique.
