When you get around to Tomorrow, I would highly recommend you watch the entire video (intro and judging). It is very literally the most beautiful 9 minutes of television I have ever seen, and months later I still can't watch it without sobbing. She is a masterful storyteller through song, and maybe my favorite vocalist - ever. She is a truly world-class, generational talent that was working as a gym receptionist 7 months ago.

I came across Sydnie Christmas a few months ago on this app and realized immediately the “magic” of Sydnie. She commands the stage and owns the audience when she sings. She grabs your attention from the first note she sings and holds on to it until the last note of the song. Musically, she shapes every phrase while, at the same time, giving each note and lyric meaning. She tells a story with every song she sings, shaping every emotion within that story, all while holding the audience in the palm of her hand. Sydnie is just pure magic.

Great analysis of Sydney who is a very powerful singer. Another fantastic young singer you should definitely react to is 20 year old Lucy Thomas from the UK. Many reactors seem to believe that she is destined to become an international superstar. She has released 5 studio albums and has 70 + videos on utube. Pick any song as every performance she gives is truly amazing.

@@reddragonready Lucy has performed 3 "live" concerts this year so far, in Manchester, Tokyo and London. According to people who went to these concerts she sounds even better "live" than in her videos. Also Chris Broom who owns the Cavendish record label invited Lucy at 13 years old to record his song "One Day." After the recording session (a video of which is on utube) he said, "I believe that Lucy has the potential to become the best female singer in the world." Also next year Lucy is to star in a brand new musical called "Rosie" on London's West End stage. I'm fed up with super fans of other singers like you, making up lies because you're insanely jealous of her incredible talent. In future, please keep your poisonous opinions to yourself.

Sydnie was very nervous during this rendition. She had performed her initial audition months earlier and received the golden buzzer. (I highly suggest you take a listen to it--it's a grown up version of "Tomorrow ". Not only is it sung superbly but you get the chance to meet her personality. ). But My Way was all her--she did the arrangement. Her 3rd song she sang a week later, she was a little sick and very nervous. That was "Over The Rainbow ". She's on a whirlwind tour to include the Hollywood Bowl for David Fosters 75th birthday. Side note--this was her last hurrah before she gave up her career of acting and singing. She wanted to work in the West End and it wasn't panning out for her. She's such a real person with a great deal of talent(she has a personal vocal coach). Anyway, thanks for reacting to her!!!!💜💜

Sydnie is an international superstar to anyone who listens to her perform; she doesn't just sing, thanks to her musical theatre background. However, from what I can tell from performances pre-BGT, she did not find her true voice until BGT forced her to be herself, singing with energy, interpretation, and personality. As she struggles with her admitted low self-esteem issues, let's hope that she does not return to the comfortable cocoon of musical theater, but becomes a renowned concert stage performer by taking firm control of her career.

The audition was Tomorrow .. you seriously need to react to the "talking bit" before the audition .. she's one of those people you would want to hang out with .. at the time she was working front desk at a gym .. story you have seen over and over .. singer taking gigs on cruise ships etc. ... after the audition in an interview she gave MAJOR credit to the coach they gave her for BGT.

I loved your insightful reaction to Sydnie's BGT cover of 'My Way.'
