I do 1.25 parts liquid to 1 part rice.

Is your pressure cooker an 7 or 8 or 10 quart Kuhn Rikon Duromatic? I want to buy a pressure cooker. Is it better to buy an 8 quart? They are expensive. So is it better to have a bigger one than a smaller 5 or 6 quart?

I have both the 5 quart and also the 10 quart.
