@ChrisP Bacon prove it first.. Erwan cook in his own style, maybe you never see him do things like gordon ramsay or jamie oliver or whoever chef do when cooking a certain dish but it doesnt change the fact that he is very passionate about his work.. Ps. - im not a fan of erwan but i watch his "videos" simply because i love watching him do things that he love and enjoy..
@christinellapitan58875 жыл бұрын
@ChrisP Bacon oh really.. I think you dont know how to cook.. you dont even how that every cook needs to have thier own identity.. Erwan has it, its his way of cooking you call bastarding.. If you can prove us that erwan is just a chef wannabe and you are better than him, i will listen to your nonesense jealous whinning about his style of cooking.. P.s. i also cook, im a head chef in a merchant vessel.. Just to let you know i know what im talking

I’ve always been confused bc some people like their salmon medium/medium rare with a pink but still flaky centre. I’ve tasted it before and it does seem more tender, but more people are more accustomed to the opaque inside which still tastes pretty good imo. how do you guys eat your salmon?
@fudge2145 жыл бұрын
