I must say, I have never heard anyone break down the realities of life and the process of achieving goals in the manner that you have. Absolutely amazing and very informative. Thank you for all the work that you do. I would request a video that speaks on how to breakdown multiple goals in order of value, and the mindset required.

WOW!! 10 all the way! Best advice I've heard after educating myself on self-help after all these years. I'm taking this advice and running with it! Nothing should really freak me out anymore, I'm coming in prepared, and ready to conquer... obstacles don't look too scary anymore, they are the lessons that we need to learn to get to our goal! Wow, very helpful! Thank you Colin :)) You're very gifted!

Thanks for the video- I loved the visual way of explaining . I would still give this 7/10, though, and I state the reason below. There's one thing you didn't touch upon, which is pretty difficult to discuss, really. Self-doubt OR Doubting your goal. Now this is different from Doubt that follows fear. For instance, you might have entered a field of work or expertise which you were enthusiastic about, and then after a while realized that the field itself is something you're not interested in anymore. In this case, you need to really reflect on yourself and RE-ASSESS your goals. This happens because you're continuously growing and turning into a different person- what attracted you a few months back might not attract you anymore. In this case, then, rather than go on a GUILT-trip for having chosen the wrong goal, it is important to ask yourself what it is that you really wanted in the first place- you have to keep peeling off the layers of yourself to discover your hidden desires. So the 5th emotion that results in sabotaging your goals is GUILT followed by anxiety or depression, which you can overcome only by digging deeper- being more self-aware and learning as much as possible concerning the nature and importance of your EVOLVING goals. In this case, then, you realize that the goal isn't a fixed point, but rather keeps changing its shapes and ADAPTS to you as you evolve. All the best for the future videos :) hope you keep helping people. PS: Apologies for the caps : didn't find any formatting option that would let me emphasize the words.

Hey Vinay Seth, I appreciate the feedback and the support. Couple of things... Firstly, I only have 15 mins and I can never fit everything in! Secondly, there are over 50 videos on this channel and I may not cover exactly what you are looking for in this video but I know it's covered overall. I'm sure as you watch more of my videos you'll see that. Onwards and upwards my friend :)
