That’s literally a glass cannon. Defense means no opening while offense means highest damage with opening. You literally could have a one shot build but traded for defense, you’re vulnerable to someone with equivalent attack or lesser attack and would still lose.

It evokes the sense that something or someone bigger and far more menacing than what the Shield crew have faced so far has just stepped on the scene. For some reason, what really makes this fight for me is Naofumi's expressions. It's probably just how much older he looks, and how tired and desperate his expression is the whole fight. It really sells it as a genuine over levelled boss fight. His face is the feeling of throwing everything you have at a boss and watching all of it slowly fail.

To be fair, it's not like he was really able to do anything to her at this point. Naofumi had the advantage of having a great defense, which the other three kinda lack. If he had any other weapon that was geared towards offense just like the others, Naofumi would've been just as useless as the others. What's really impressive is how Raphtalia and Filo were able to put up more of a fight than the other three heroes. The other three went down immediately after getting off a single attack and didn't even get back up until after Glass left.

The main problem with virtually any RPG game is that the easiest solution is, ironically, never to use a different element but use so much of a certain element that resistances can't keep up with the sheer damage output. The 3 stooges are all in that kind of mindset, so they fail when elemental immunity is a thing and have literally no fallback plans either.

It happened to me a lot in Overwatch. Highest damage dealt + highest damage stopped + gold/silver medal for kills. Didn't matter, if I played Reinhardt/D'va/Orisa I outdamaged them all as a tank. If I play FGO like those three dolts I expect G&A, Hinako Green and VSQ senpai to murder my ass off... no buff stack, no invul, no crit-star and no HEALING WHILE GOING BERSERKER...they are asking to get their ass kick... The three heroes are basically the dolt who use under level Arjuna, Fion and Np1 Saber Lily at skills1/1/1 to fight Lv 90 boss... Whenever me and my friend both ran mages, we always had one of us do the element the other was not. I was Arcane and ice. He was Fire and Ice. We only went double ice if we knew were up against ice weak mobs. But boy, I remember I would play support with Ice sometimes as he burns them up with fire as they are slowed/trapped. It worked well since he usually had better gear than me on the mage. Plus I beleive firecspecialization in Wow for a mage was the fastest DPS in terms of speed to dish out constant heavy hits. My main was a Druid. I didnt start as a healer but now, I love it too much to stop despite still likening and starting off with DPS. My 2nd was a Rogue, my favorite DPS in WOW.

_This_ is why those chucklefucks needed Naofumi. Right now he’s way beyond them, his defense is on the level of Glass’s attacks. Raph and Filo are pretty much on par with the other three, but that’s only because they’re seriously abnormally strong due to Naofumi’s little effect called _EXP boosting._ If the other stree had stuck _with_ him, by now they’d be leveled so high that Glass would’ve been shitstomped in 3v1. Hindsight’s a bitch and a half.

@@GoldLight73 She is not actually OP it's just that she have this passive ability that make all her stats ( including defense ) higher with her level of SP(mana ) . The trick to actually land hit on her is to drain her SP ( mana) .

Glass is extremely strong than everyone including Naofumi, Naofumi couldn't do much even with the shield of anger so he ran away.

Glass using various enhancement methods which are strong power up between heroes and the other heroes only used their own enhancement method. In yari no yuusha Motoyasu, who uses all the improvement methods, disintegrates glass without realizing it.
