I love this quilt and love your videos! You have a very calming manner and a no-stress method of quilting. My mom used to use cotton sheets to back her quilts and back-in-the-day you could get some really pretty sheets. I hadn’t thought of using them for sashing though so I may have to try that. Question - do you wash the sheet first before using it? Some of them have some tough creases and I can’t remember what my mom used to do. Thanks and planning to purchase your pattern!

It took a while, but it was worth it. I was thinking this would be beautiful in shades of blue with touches of white and gold. Scrapy would also be wonderful with black shashing and gold corner stones. Thank you.

It’s a very pretty quilt and you should be able to name it what you want that’s rude for someone to correct the name of your quilt looks like log cabin to me. It’s a beautiful quilt thank you for sharing your pattern and quilt with us I love the idea of the sheet I thought about that before because I couldn’t find 108 backing and now that I know I can is a blessing.
