Hey I have a question to you. The prawns are obviously with the shell. The salt and the dressing is on the shell. The friends of mine who eat the prawns without the shell will have bland prawns, no when I do it without the shell they will be dry. What is your suggestion

@@GabrielHaller Hi, no problem! My wife doesn’t like the shells either. So, I just let the prawns marinate in the dressing for about 30 minutes. Once youre done cooking them even peeled they still have the same flavor but not that crunch that the shell gives you. Also, try gambas al ajillo easy, fast, and delicious!

All the dishes have excellent combinations of texture and flavor. They look very delicious. I think Omsrs dishes have more eye appeal.. Tomasinas are more rustic. Which I always like.

THE GAMBAS LOOK SO GOOD AND I BELIEVE THE SMELL IS OUT OF THIS WORLD ....I WOULD USE FOR THIS DISH ...SOFT SHELL SHRIMP ,THIS WAY YOU CAN EAT THEM FROM HEAD TO TELL....
