Four star adult crash test performance for Renault Triber

The Renault Triber has achieved an encouraging four star rating for adult occupants and three stars for child occupants in Global NCAP’s latest round of #SaferCarsForIndia crash tests.
Renault’s new compact crossover was tested in its most basic safety specification, with two airbags. The Triber showed significant improvements from previous Renault models tested by Global NCAP.

@@aravindar522 yes, I am reading many news with TATA cars in accident due to high speed. People are thinking in wrong notion that 5 star safety rating means it's a bullet proof vehicle and they will come unscratched in an accident. GNCAP very clearly puts their results with speed as well which is just 64kmph. Also it doesn't mean that GNCAP is not necessary. We need it to point out unsafe cars too. Like 15 Lakh seltos scoring just 3 stars. Where the same seltos with more quality got 5 stars in Euro ncap. Which means Kia had done cost cutting to gain maximum profits. So both GNCAP and people knowledge without over confidence should exist.

What matters is the Passenger safety. 4 stars. And do some Research before proving yourselves a lunatic. CMF-A is the platform that Dastun uses. CMF-+ yes a + is the Platform that Kwid, Kiger, Triber and Magnite use. But that doenst mean they share the same Frames. U can't put Compact SUV frames in a Hatch nor into an MPV. Renault should be proud of themselves for providing 7 seater car with 4 star rating for just 5.5 lakhs. Yes Engine should have been a bit better but when you are driving with a family of seven, I don't think you would want to clock 120 kmph and I think it will do a decent job in uphill climbing also. This is an absolute steal if you have a large family.
