a leak list that i saw on reddit, there wasnt f15c nor su27sm. however, to be surprising, there IS XM800T on the list as we had a devblog of it, which makes the leak list more reliable. of course a leak list doesn't always matches how gaijin introduces vehicles though.

F-15C and SU-27SM are literally in the devblog for Fox-3'a SU-27SM is the first SU-27 with R-77's The SU-27 in the devblog seems to have different IRST placement which further indicates it's an SU-27SM

@@House_of_Schmidt they aren't that small. They all end up in a furball anyway, so does it matter? Really, they need a game made that is inclusive of strike craft and maybe bombers

@Kokoda144 the furball issue is avoidable. Players end up in a furball because the entire map encourages a single furball. These big furballs don't really happen in Sim EC where players are spread out over multiple first spawn airfields and AI is spread out. The furball is designed and then is used as an excuse for not developing the game mode further. It's a self licking ice cream cone. Strike aircraft and bombers would benefit from a proper EC mode. They'll never make a separate game mode just for Strike aircraft and bombers. Best hope for them is some form of a long form mode with lower player density.

@@House_of_Schmidt I was thinking more players but also more NPC with missile SPAA more predominant on the each team's half and less around the mid section of the map. This would make strike jets more viable since fighters couldn't just dominate the entire map all the time. This would also fix the furball issue and probably allow for things like NPC AWACS

Many of the CAS BR changes moves aircraft to where there is no lineup. This means they will be dragged up even higher to top tier games, where they will face fox-3 missiles. What an absolute cluster fuck that will be. Why didn't they just implement a no-fly mode?

The Su27 we have in game cannot carry the R77. So the one in the picture is most likely a Su27SM. Meaning we are probably getting a F15C aswell. Also the Mica Pl-12 and AAM-4 will be the best ones. Mica has 50g thrust vectoring. And Pl-12 and AAM-4 are closer to the AIM-120C-5/7 and R-77-1.

The SU-27 in game is based on the SU-27S/SK which can carry R-77's atleast in the 1990's.

@@garrettobrien5197 what are you talking about about both the SU-27S and SU-27SM use the N001 radar. The main difference between the S and SM was the replacement of several analog systems with digital ones and the ability to launch air to ground missiles.

SO WHAT FUCKING MISSILE IS BRITAIN GOING TO GET? It NEEDS a good fox3 because its current SARH missiles suck soooo much. Only decent one i hear is the ones on interceptor tornado, but the gripen only gets the absolute dogshit skyflash (dogfight) missiles and they are so horrendously terrible. I was hoping for the meteor missiles, they might need to be nerfed but at least Britain will get some missiles that actually have some range. So the gripen better at least get the amraam.

Yeah.. If massive BR changes and playercount changes aren't made this will officially be the worst update in all of Warthunder.If I have to fight against F-16s with Aim120s, SU27s with R77s, and the MICA with my F4 Phantom, it'll probably be the end for me and warthunder.
