now my RL got 140mm after adjusting the top black bushing thing before the coil to the last small holes and put a spacer between it to prevent the fork for clancking. time to ride my 🚲👍

Hello, I have a fox 36 180mm 2015 26" rebuild to 27,5 monocoque, and down to 160mm... How mutch oil need 30cc or 40cc? And what's the oil to use?

Why bother taking the lowers off at all? It looks like this job can be done in a lot less time by taking the air cap off, removing the foot nut on the air side and pushing the negative spring assembly out through the top of the fork by putting a rod through the foot nut hole. This does assume that the interior of the fork doesn't need cleaning of course.

On their web site Fox say that the travel can also be increased. Yet no mention of it in this video, only travel reduction.

riteandleft he mentions increasing travel by adding the spacers to the opposite end as you would in reduction... watch again.

mine is the 32 Evolution Series 140mm (Cannondale Trigger 4 2014) it has a 45mm long white volume spacer as shown... can I remove it as on the new colored tokens? I'm not a jumper, so I never used full travel yet thanks

Why would you want to reduce the travel? You know that it will change the geometry of the bike very much. Besides you want the rear travel to be about the same as the front. It may be dangerous on downhills to have that changed geometry. Just saying.

it is just a volume spacer, you can remove it. It works same way as tokens, just check if the top cap where it is attached is same as in the video where there isn't the white spacer.
