Yep another one bites the dust. Restaurants have been failing all over St Louis the past few years due to a sour economy. Notice he didn't sell the business, rather shut it down. Restaurants are suffering from high operating costs due to inflation. I used to love Uncle Bills too. We had one right across the street at lemay and lindbergh many years ago, was saddened when they closed that location. I loved it because it was open 24/7 and you could get a good hot meal at any time.

So sad to see this one go! Brings back memories from my college days. The location had a certain ambiance that the other location doesn't!

Maybe if there weren’t roaches joining you for dinner in the dining room they would have more business. I live very close to this place and stopped going because there were roaches literally crawling on my table.
