@@mrmoneysign3721 even though we have strict gun laws here in California, violent crimes still do occur, and we need to have the opportunities to defend ourselves because the police cannot be everywhere at all times. Those low gun crime statistics for California sound good, but what about the other 75% times more likely violent crime still occurs? The problem is these individual states are trying to outlaw guns completely, and that's something they just can't do nor should they be allowed to do. If we can't have guns, neither should police, and these "state and local laws" go against the 2nd amendment. Requiring police officers to get a degree will not change anything because they are taught to enforce the penal code. That's why we have defense attorneys to counter their foolishness.

He was wanted on a murder charge not for a warrant that tells you he was never charged and never went to court on it or he would not have been released. Unfortunately some court's do set Bond at the very minimum and even if his was it would have been much more than $1,000
