Yes. Don’t know if its in creation yet, but a device that merges the abilities of AirTag/Ring Door cam & GoPro (worn like a Medical alert bracelet) that is a camera/audio lens that can be worn as a necklace on nonverbal students or minors overall when they are under the care outside the home. And could also be court ordered as a ‘penalty’ method like the ankle bracelet, if bad things are going on IN a potentially abusive family home. Like Netflix Black Mirror episode directed by Jody Foster (“Arkangel” (season 4, episode 2). Just 1 opinion in a sea of opinions.

My son is autistic and non-verbal. He is 8 years old. Every day he goes to school I am terrified something is going to happen and he will not be able to tell me. He is such a happy boy and sees the entire world differently than us. Please protect children and others like him.

And this is why my adult daughter with Autism is home with me. It is not easy and I cannot work outside of my home because she needs 24 hour supervision and help with care. It's exhausting because I do not get a break and we are not surviving month to month financially. Some days I feel like giving up but then see something like this. I worry so much about what will happen when I am no longer here.

Why is an abuser set free by a judge? Why is the worker who alerted the parents going to be deported ? Unjustice by the so-called department of justice. People need to come together to defend their loved ones and take matters into their own hands since the woke judges are not for justice.

Contraire. Adults with special needs have extra protection. If you abuse one of them you can never work with children, elderly, disabled. For as long as you live. Let's hope that isn't long for this guy.

Most these parents care little for their own kids who leaves their child with complete strangers ! They didn’t want him so they dumped him , and come collect lawsuits on his abuse and dump him again and again poor kid should have been given up for adoption there is a family out there who would have loved him and kept him safe

Wish I could afford to move out of state. My 23 yr old autistic child is non verbal & I’m keeping her home (for now) and she gets care at home with an aide from a health agency (I have cameras at home so I can monitor what goes on when I’m not there).

NEVER TRUST ANYONE WITH YOUR NONVERBAL CHILD. BELIEVE YOUR CHILD WHEN THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE BEING ABUSED. CAMERAS NEVER LIE. IF YOU DON'T PROTECT THEM NOBODY WILL. DON'T THINK FOR A SECOND THE STATE WILL PROTECT THEM. Talk to them and listen. Ask questions. Don't take a shrug for an answer. They aren't lying to you. If something seems off keep digging.

According to US law, an employer cannot retaliate against an employee who reports sexual harassment, regardless of their immigration status; this protection is provided under federal laws like Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, which prohibits discrimination and retaliation in the workplace, including based on protected activities like reporting sexual harassment. Key points to remember: No retaliation for reporting harassment: Even if you are an undocumented worker, your employer cannot take any adverse actions against you, like demotion, pay cuts, or termination, simply because you reported sexual harassment. Enforcement agencies: If you face retaliation after reporting harassment, you can file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). State laws may also apply: Depending on your state, additional protections against retaliation may exist under state employment laws.

Shame on anyone who abuses any living thing. A human or animal is shameful. This particular health care worker should be charged and should spend time in jail. This is why people keep doing this s*** because they don't get any consequences worth anything. This is horrific what he's done to this young man. Are you kidding me right now? And as far as this whistle, blower being an immigrant and maybe deported. Will hopefully not hopefully. He's got a good enough karma. That he has sown into his life that he reaps goodNess. 😊
