No amount of money or fire trucks could stop that fire. The winds were snapping power poles in half and some in 3 pieces. As for no water no city in the world has a hydrant system that could keep up water supply and pressure to a hundred fire trucks at once and you would need a thousand fire trucks to contain that fire. You would need a truck per hose and then it might not be enough the water would be blowen away before landing on the house. They have never been designed for that and never can be.

NO, they were to @#$#@ busy being and paying for sanctuary stuff is why. neglect and horrible water priorities causes this.
