Can I know how your clock speed is locked/stucked? I have same laptop with same specifications , It throttles a lot and it's clock speed goes at 4670 with 99 degree cpu temperature at turbo and performance mode. Please help me in this issue.

yo dude i faced similar issues, there's a fix to it you can download throttlestop and put it to balanced and disable turbo then save it, cpu won't go above 75 after that

Either in turbo mode or performance mode. When laptop heats too much i play on balanced mode. I always play games on plugged in. Never on battery as it reduces the fps and also kills the battery of your laptop

i just dialed down water physics to 3/5 reflection high low on cloud rendering something everything else maxed out and im on dlss balance 1080p rtx 4050 here too, 60fps 99% ❤

Reflections, Shadows, Textures and Water Physics takes a huge toll on the VRAM. If you turn them down just a bit it will do wonders.
