Appreciate the vid Derka. I really like Guepard, but a tier lower is likely why. T6 has a lot of really good dds. Hope to one day get a lucky crate with the z35.🍻

I enjoyed Guepard as well, and even Vauq wasn't bad I guess. But they do seem to have a hard go of it now a days with so many CVs and no smoke

I have been running the smoke Italian guy on the main line. I put flank speed on there and wow, easily 54 knots with boost. I think the smoke and engine boost are worth boosting with inspirations. the chase down speed is crazy. if someone pops a smoke just run in there and take out that DD! close the range and use that SAP for exactly what its there for. you don't out match every DD but you do have some great match ups. The PAN Asian DDs get wrecked by this line.

Nice game. My thoughts exactly. It has its junior Yolo Emilio moments, and sap is great, but for a £35 ship Oland or z35 have it well beaten.

It's pronounced Geh-par, but otherwise, nice review! Yeah, T6 premium DD is already a crowded space, with some REALLY good ones...she's interesting, and might have existed, had certain things happened, but game-wise, I agree...stick with Oland or Kidd.

hey Derka, I appreciate the review. Think I'll skip this one. I've got some of the Italian TT destroyers, and they are fun, but quirky. SAP slaps, reload is challenging at times and the concealment is difficult to get used to. Thanks

I wish you could choose between SAP and HE like the Italian cruiser line. Would make this ship a lot more fun to have that AP in the back pocket, as you mentioned, with the big DD guns against cruiser and carrier broadsides.

See...same. I think of SAP more as a spamming type (HE) shell. And being able to reserve AP shells for situations like the end of this match could be super helpful

Looks like a nice ship, but tier 6 is filled with great DDs options, not for the Regia Marina but still... What i like is the option to add more "what if" ships like this one, sure PC didn't added more of these but one can hope, British Bayern with great accuracy and HE, German Dunkerque with good secondaries and more HP, Italian Dunkerque with SAP and smoke, US Prinz Eugen with Sonar and better HE and so on... lot of options here, but i know we'll get stupid paper ships like the Pan American or Dutch ones (btw where are the Dutch ships ?...)

@@DerkaGames can't agree more, but the two you mentioned aren't even that bad since they are technically based on either true ships, or existing blueprints, they are just event ships, stupid ships are more like République, GK or Conqueror

The stupid thing is that FR21 was actually used by the Italian navy, so why wargaming felt the need to make a hypothetical ship when they had a real ship they could have used is a bit of a head scratcher.

i still think rank needs better matchmaking , oland / achiles cant 1v1 a kidd unless u spec into certain things to even things out, but its still imbalanced when a kidd can max out 3 commanders and kill any of ur boats in 3 volleys or some secret weakspot or hidden shell exploit. but the match ups seem unfair this season lol. not enough ppl -> okay here fight this rank 2 kidd while your at rank 8. oo ur about to win, let me bug your aim zoom so all shells go high and low ....yikes... rank play should have ranked rulesets to make things fair and balanced if any boat can fight any boat. imo humbly
