Hi Tony and KJ, nice to see another video. Being that we are from Florida we have decided to keep our search to Nice and surrounding areas. Bordeaux was beautiful but seeing that Lyon also seems to have more cloudy and cold day , we will keep on searching down south! Your videos help a lot in our decision making. Hope to see you in Nice one day!

Hi. I just saw your comment. May I offer a perspective? I’ve been married to a French guy, forever. His family lived between Paris, the Loire Valley & the South of France, Bandol, to be exact, so not far from Nice. I’ve been going back & forth for 40 years. Yes, much of France can be rainy, but keep in mind that the south of 🇫🇷 has become blisteringly hot in recent years. Air conditioning is largely nonexistent ( though you can add it) & screens on windows are also almost completely nonexistent. Mosquitoes can eat you alive. If that’s where you want to live,, make sure to plan for that. It’s an amazingly beautiful area, & so close to Italy. Also, if you don’t speak much French yet, please take intensive classes before you go. L’Alliance Française is great. It’s impossible to function on a living there situation without speaking the language pretty well. Bon courage!

Wow...we have 3 domes in Milwaukee..same concept and they're beautiful. Each has a different theme...southwest, tropical amazon, northern species, etc. Believe it or not it was built and dedicated by Lady Bird Johnson back in the 1960's. Just like what you're experiencing now.

Hello, I can't find the video about the Eiffel Tower restaurant. Is this the “Jules Verne”? on the 2nd floor. It has just obtained a second star in the Michelin guide. Thank you for these videos. I am always happy to see foreigners discover, through their feelings, the impressions our country gives them. Just a suggestion: France is not just about big cities. Try going to the countryside: Aubrac, not so far from Lyon, in the south-central part of France for example, Alsace in the north-east. These are very beautiful regions, very different from everything you know.

Thank you for the suggestions. I haven't edited the video on the Eiffel Tower Jules Vern restaurant yet. Hopefully, I'll get it done before we go back to Paris in June.

Just an idea because I found myself wondering: it would be nice to hear you describe the ambiance, the atmosphere of all places but of this place in particular - like was this garden humid, or cool, or like the outside? Was there a distinctive smell of spicy earth or the sweetness of flower scents? If you give that information the videos become more immersive. Just an idea. 🙂
