Odd - listening to Mike a year later on 10/06/11 after the Yankees lost the ALDS to the Tigers for the same issues - lack of timely hitting (except for Cano who was again amazing). The Yankees had the pitching this year, but it still didn't help. I think if Granderson didn't bobble that single, he could have kept the score tied and the Yanks would have worked deep into the Tiger bullpen and worked out a few runs to win in extra innings. Should've, could've would've - have a nice Fall!.
