Francis and the Lights covered "Blackbird" by The Beatles during one of Kanye's Sunday Services, a series of uplifting performances heavily inspired by gospel. The Sunday Service Choir leads the services, accompanied by contributions from a wide range of artists.
The Sunday Service Choir is a gospel collective conducted by Jason White and led by Kanye West. The group has contributed to many of Kanye's own records since their public debut in January of 2019, the first of Kanye's 'sunday services,' releasing their own and only album that same year, "Jesus Is Born."
