Yet he has never come out and said it wasn't Marsh. I know he had financial problems with him and they probably dislike each other, but if a man was remanded in custody and charged with shooting you, then got a not guilty, surely you would say that you was glad he didn't get convicted because he never did it. I am not saying it was Marsh, but it is strange that Frank has never said it wasn't. Maybe Marsh was involved somehow but didn't pull the trigger, or maybe he encouraged the shooter.

Terry Marsh was ex-special forces. If he'd shot him, I think Frank would be dead. With resistance to interrogation training, he said nothing to police or while in prison. But they transfer a career criminal into Terry's cell, 8 or 9 months later, from memory, and guess what... yep Terry spilled his guts (pardon the pun) and confessed all to his new best friend who reports back to his police handler. All sounds feasible to me. By the way Terry has a MENSA IQ so I'm sure he could easily have been fooled by the career criminal.
