My feelings exactly, his music was a big part of my relationship with my husband in the early days when we were just beginning to date and yrs there after. We started dating in the late 70s and we married in 2006 and between that time we would always listen to Frankie Beverly and Maze on 8 tracks, cassettes and radio. He told our story n many of his songs and when we heard it we would always glance at each other and often hold hands. Here's to u Mr. Beverly I r truly missed 😢

I have a special story about my appreciation of this man's music since l was the only girl in shop class in the 70's .My teacher Mr Calvin Burke's had a Chevy Nova, tan color that he would back up to the shop doors and blast Frankie Beverly on the speakers that he built in our shop class. My favorite was always Happy Feelings and the rest caught on to me. I am now 60 and his music is in a neverending dimension of it's own.
