Humans tend to bottle things up and suppress them, so when someone opens up to me about their issues, it makes me feel like I'm helping. Just getting your issues from thoughts to words helps more than you know 😘

Maybe just internally separate your ego and self from what you are listening to. If you are really caring and compassionate you can listen without thinking of yourself or even experiencing pain. Just take a deep breath and say: "I'm here to help". Listen with your heart. It is a great spiritual gift and opportunity to help and heal someone else. They came to you, surely you can give kindness to a fellow human being.

But INFP are always shown as cry babies and helpless which is definately annoying ..we use Fi most but that doesn't mean something like that besides i have some other mbti type friends but they cry once /twice even more too !!!

Unless we want to question the evidence of our senses we can go with the light of consciousness is true and the sensory input is true and there seems to be a consistent set of laws of cause and effect. From there we can deal with argumentation ethics and say that you are a being outside of myself and if I argue with you I am recognizing that you as a separate conscious being are worthy of at least as much respect or reverence as it takes to not violently subject you to my will therefore I recognize your right to control over your body and your responsibility for the results of your actions positive and negative which then brings us to property...

I'm kind of surprised that INTP didn't ask more about how the ship worked and in so doing, discovered a design flaw. Not so much because he cared how efficient or fast the ship was, but that it bothered him that the knowledge being thrown at him wasn't consistent.

For some reason, my adult infj friend (or whatever it is) would confide all these intimate things (like filing for emancipation from her parents at 14, quit her 300k/y job to go cook for food bank, past relationship failures..) with me, sometimes sobbing. It’s scary but exciting because even for an ENTP, I am astute enough to know that I am not supposed to be in that space. Of course, it would inevitably followed by a few days of being distanced. So many of these talks started with how much she hated be the person people go to for comfort. She didn’t really follow what they said, but they went away felt heard. That’s why I don’t trust infj, lol.
