Try lining the inside of the cowl(wolverine) with black felt to help stop the light from showing the magnets. You can buy felt sheets from most fabric stores.

Measured the magnet holes in Fusion. 10mm x 2mm magnets will fit in the holes with no scaling FYI

Instead of the elastic bands, I'll use painters tape to hold helmet parts in place while setting things up. Did that for my Iron Man, Mando, and FNAF masks.

The elastic bands are permanent. They’re not to hold it while setting up. Tape will break eventually.

I have been searching for a good glue for my 3d prints and I don't know what to use... 3d gloop costs more to ship shan the actual product ( I live in sweden). honestly why I hate magnet projects. Prints just need to be made with a slanted back like the White Ranger Concept helmet so that most heads can fit in any shaped helmet without making it too large. I feel like magnets are so tedious and annoying to use. I get magnet eyes, but I want to feel like I'm putting on a helmet, not legos.
