This video is part of the ITIL® 4 Foundation eLearning Course, by Ivor Macfarlane (co-author of ITIL®). ITIL® is the most popular guide for IT Service Management. Foundation is the first level of certification in ITIL®. After you become certified, you have the option to proceed to the Practitioner, Intermediate, Expert, and Master levels.
Most people who are certified in ITIL® find the Foundation certificate sufficient for their goals.

Namaste ITSM is a very broad field and some of the popular frameworks are a) ITIL 4.0 b) MOF 4.0 c) COBIT 2019 d) TOGAF 10 th Edition e) FITSM f) Lean IT g) SRE The world is moving towards a fusion of frameworks Thanks
