I can hardly believe how violinists are able to create consistent tones when it's a matter of millimeters of space. But then again... I was trained as a portrait artist and millimeters of space would make the difference between a likeness or the uncanny, so I guess it's not too different. And then some surgeons are working so delicate that millimeters will change a patient's life. Humans can be mindblowing

The amazing thing is that, at 7:24 you play the exact same melody, but with two entirely different feelings in it, Frank more melancholic and Brett/Eddy more happy, and you can clearly hear it, despite it being on the exact same instrument

Such a profound and psychedelic circlejerk. Sound is a dimension. Violin is the universe. Frank's brain is the mediator between us and the sublime.

I think it is actually he same with piano. You usually don’t look at the keys, sometimes you look in the air, or at the sheets. Also it’s sometimes like that with pc keyboards. Violin is just harder to starts because there are no marks for the notes.

+SKYSO I don't think it's too late. Search youtube for 'Violin Noobie' - an adult, who started to play about the same time and first year was not so good, but with a lot of practice, I believe it's possible. You just need to enjoy the process, everything else is secondary, I think, no matter how good or bad you are, just enjoy the moment and it's never too late! :)
@jacob777888 жыл бұрын
+Silver Teinbas Saw the video you recommended. I guess having fun practising everyday and looking at the long term process is going to be the way. I'm going to get lessons soon. Thanks for the comment!
