Hello there 👋 😃 I can kind of understand why there is a sink there, although it is weird but it's understandable to me because if you're outside and you're messing with sand and flowers or whatever, chickens, chicken coop 😂 but not understanding why it's in the front yard 🤔😂sometimes it's hard to hold the water hose to wash off your hands so maybe that's why they put the sink there and you don't have to go into the house to wash up 😂

Very nice home and paint job. The crown moulding on all three levels in all rooms (including the bathrooms) adds character. You can tell the owners put a lot into this place.

It's not a bad property, if you could get it at a good price. Yes, it does need some upgrading and work, but still pretty much move in ready. Yeah, the spray hoses on side of the toilets are weird. That chicken coop should have been in the rear of the house out of plain site. I would make the backyard resort-like and add another 2 or 3 car garage on the property. And probably upgrade some of the fixtures and cosmetics throughout, reinstall the electric gate and one would have a private oasis in the community.

I don't earn $ 37k monthly 😢😱😭😒😧😤🤬 ( must be nice) as an above comment mentioned however my earning of 16k monthly is consistent, no surprises. ( I'm in health-care if anyone is interested in knowing how 🤔? ) In regards to the home, this home is amazing, a good size . Definitely like the basement as the movie theater is a must have ( Not my business however I always wonder why do folks leave such nice home especially when they have obviously invested into the home.) The primary suite , the bathroom with jacuzzi tub is outstanding. Mr. Mitchell you are correct with the statement regarding the open street as that eould be my issue. Would add a tree type privacy fence around the home . I would rate this home a 7 out of 10 because of open street 😅. Well 8 out of 10, 7 is rather harsh as I really like the brick home and the exterior shape of this home.

I forgot to tell you about the chicken coop. Now, if own farm animals, like horses, goats, chickens ducks...ect you don't have to pay, property taxes. You must have 3 or more acres of land
