We complain about the heat down South , but , If I was going to do this I would be thankful it could be done outside during the winter warm gaps we have ! You are doing a far better job than the original boat manufacturer ! Your videos will bring value both to the work that was done and a testament to the boats integrity when you sell it . Later in life your kids & grand kids can be entertained on what Daddy or Grandpa did while he was young ! Lol

Missed you also ! Lol. Nothing wrong with the way you did it ( I’ve done 5 of them so far ) and don’t worry about it coming apart , the transom is probably the strongest part of the boat now ! Don’t get to big on the drain holes because you still need the plug to be water tight ! Pay no attention to the people who say it’s wrong because it’s not , a bit unconventional but you reached the same goal and I always do the outside , the inside is cramped and harder to do the edges ! 👍
