Bareback Bistro is good name for a small restaurant. In Canada we order a coffee usually as a "double-double" which means 2 creams and 2 sugars, you can call a Bareback Bistro double-double a "Fully Clothed".

Except that quite a lot of Felixandren's stuff is behind the paywall. Some of the older sets are of course free. So if you have to mention cc-makers, please mention those who don't keep their cc's behind the paywall for an absurdly long time. I do admit that Felixandre's cc's are great and their appearance in the free distribution is something to look forward to. Maybe.

Oh man I'm about to join the dark side lol these all look so good I'm so used to building without cc so I can share I wish the gallery would be more cc friendly it tends to hide cc builds! Kudos to all these amazing creators. Maybe you should start a new series where you showcase cc builds and include list or links to get that content. We are in 2020s EA could easily figure out how to link outside content from the gallery to spotlight cc builders and creators but they don't want to. If it was more accessible I think so many more builders including myself would be using it much more. It also should not be flagged!

In America, "homely" means "ugly". If we wanted a word for "home-like", it would be "homey". (Which is also slang for "friend".) "Rattan" is a word that was come up with by the furniture industry to sell wicker when wicker was unpopular. Most people in America know what "wicker" is, and for many of us, when we hear "rattan" we have to stop and think about it and say "oh, wicker!"

Little Dica is hands down one of my favourite CC creators! There is a slight problem that people need to know about CC. If you like sharing your builds or Sims that you've created with other people via the gallery and you use CC in your builds or CAS, no one will download your creations/builds because they will need all the CC for it to look the same in their game. They can download them, but all the CC will be missing unless they also have the exact CC that you used. It's just something to keep in mind. :)

I have been purchasing lately mostly packs with activities linked to them, like the pizza pack. That way it gives CC creators program elements to work with. I have over 30 gb of CC and more than a few scripted mods that need the pack activities that are in specific packs like spellcaster spell mods. Without those packs their mods will not be able to work. So keep that in mind when you see CC or mods if it says you need specific packs. It's for reason I have described.

Not sure if this will help anyone but I believe there is a floor lamp in the Art Deco Lounge set by littledica which for some reason means that all the trees and plants go blocky. Can't remember if it's in this video, but Satch comments on this glitch with the plants and trees at some point. I removed the package file from the game and it's fixed this issue for me. Hope this helps!

This is the problem for us console player, if any pc player uploads content with custom content in the build, we don't get the items which is unfair, it's only a retextured reskin of the assets in the game.

I literally have a mini amd ryzen pc. At $400 it has more options for games than any console. Started with a crappy small monitor, upgraded later and a keyboard and mouse cost near nothing. Not just for Sims, but for games in general I don’t know why anyone would buy a console. It takes two seconds to hook my mini amd ryzen computer box to a Tv and for games that use a controller instead of mouse and keyboard, also easy. Save the money you would spend on packs for a while and get a mini pc with a good processor then the whole world of CC opens up to you for FREE.

I'm not defending EA but the limit in items has to do with the running of the game. Say what you want about them, but Sims 4 still runs in very shitty PCs and that's a good thing bc not everybody has a gaming pc and they make it so everybody can still play it with many or even all packs if they've bought them across time like me (my pc is good, but not everybody is that privilege). CC packs are not an option for someone with a crappy pc bc simply loading your game with hundreds of extra items is simply not possible for many people. My gaming pc takes a long time to load when I have my cc installed (it's not a new gaming pc, it's like 6 years old). I can't imagine someone with a $200 laptop playing with cc, so these $5 kits are good for them if they can afford them every 3 months. Most kits have been amazing quality and they complement the other packs super well. Like I can't get a new gaming pc, but I can afford $5-$10 every 3 months on new content and I also try to support my favorite cc creators bc they also deserve to be compensated for their work, but their patreons are usually $5, which I try to pay at least for one month when I go to download their cc. The point is, most people can splurge to get the packs over time, but most of us cannot simply upgrade to a new gaming pc every couple of years, specially if our job is not to make videos for youtube.

I use both CC (170GB worth lmao oops) AND most of the packs, but i have donated to CC creators multiple times, because they are absolutely incredible at what they do. Modders deserve all the support in the world. This game would be next to nothing without them. :) Don't get it twisted, though: Paranormal Stuff (My favourite Sims 4 pack), Spa Day, the Basement Treasures Kit and Get Together i use regularly, but custom content creators give me all that other 80's/90's/Y2K stuff i could possibly want, so i absolutely feel obligated to support them, considering how much they have done for us, the fans.

Americans absolutely say wicker. I’ve only heard ‘Rattan’ in fancy shops trying to upsell ‘wicker’. 😂😂😂 Also wicker is a style of weaving. ‘Rattan’ is a plant that can be used for making wicker items, but its not the only plant that can be used. So basically Rattan is a type of wicker.
