Is there a nomad version without settlements? Tried it a couple of times, wasted a lot of time finding a settlement to build on. While others got lucky and got me out in a rush since they found one early... Just having village center could be a fun shake up.

That's the nature of nomad, it's part of the experience 😂 but Vill centers don't increase pop cap so it would have to be a modded map that allow for infinite houses or something like that. Otherwise everyone would only have 160 pop max which is boring

@@voidgods I liked nomad in aoe4 and 3 and could swallow the random pill. But adding this made it feel a bit too random. I see your point of pop though, maybe a mod could give extra on age up, increase the cap of houses or give more if you kill the regent

@@Euklides_Diophant I understand. There's even an argument to be made that maybe it's best to drop a vill center if no settlement is found rather than keep trying to find one - at least you won't be put that far behind. It's a risky play though

there is something like a king in AOE2. This king was in that TC which miniyeti destroyed and then killed that king -> dead king -> you loose
