Instead of stripping off the bottom cards to make it look like the cards are changing, you can flip over the deck and do it regularly and it will look like they are changing.

any tips for a hindu force? everytime I do it they notice I am just showing the bottom card. Also I like the addition of doing it the "right" way and showing the changing bottom cards before doing the force. I will have to try that too but just a straight hindu force has never worked for me.

So EZ. I got it right away. King of spades was at bottom of deck. After the guy shuffled, looked. OK he told them say stop. He continued to shave cards off top of deck into other hand. Doesn't matter when they say stop, he's still holding the bottom cards.
