Were the black and red wires connected to the bottom of the carb? U didn't show that part.

I have seen some Kohler Commands like that one that don’t have a fuel solenoid on them. My John Deere LT150 doesn’t. Somebody probably put a non solenoid carb on by mistake.

I have an older maybe 2006 craftsman lt1000 mower that also has the Kohler command engine . Do you think this carb kit in your description will work on it?
