The event is REALLY underwhelming this year. A couple of mediocre giveaway skins instead of credit shop with at least twice as many skins feels really stingy on their part. Plus, as Ian mentioned, there’s really nothing to spend credits on now

A little thing i noticed with the ana mythic weapon, is that usually she shoots the sleep with the right hand. But when you flourish, then sleep it will instead shoot from the left.

One thing that Ian didn't notice in the Ana skin is that whether you heal, the skin changes to a light color and when you damage, it changes to a dark one And also you can use your scrollwheel to spin the sleep dart (you can also spin it infinitely using this)

Everything released for OW in the last year or so (aside from heroes of course) has been underwhelming. It’s very clear Blizzard only cares about making money from cosmetics ATM, which is incredibly depressing and hard to come to terms with considering I’ve been playing since the 2016 launch. I hope the team wakes up and starts listening to the community a little more. (WHERE ARE MY ANNIVERSARY DANCE EMOTES BLIZZARD???)

@@IllegalPizza777 The thing is you never know which skins will "maybe" become free rewards so if you bought them when the first released because you liked them then you´re not missing out. I bought the Cavalero-Skin for Reaper which later became a Twitch-Drop but I just shrugged it off because it doesn´t change aynthing for me so why complain? You don´t get coins but BP-EXP which might help you finish the Battle Pass to get other skins you wanted to unlock if you haven´t done it already.

not that i’m very shocked, but the whole mythic weapon skin thing is EXTREMELY cash grabby.. that’s sadly ow2’s whole shtick atp, but typically mythic skins had at least one extra weapon variant, but now we’ve gotta pay for another design and some dumb fluff!? “iF yOU doNt liKE It, DOnT BuY it” i won’t.. but ana alr had a mythic skin so it feels very weird now that there’s evident overlap for a weapon mythic alongside an existing skin.. blizzard is obsessed with quantity over quality

NOOOOO i bought infinite guard 76 in season 4 through the ultimate battle pass bundle and used the 2k coins to get bounty hunter bap and now its free lol rip. same thing happened last anniversary with the space raider skins BUT i think ive learned my lesson that the ultimate battlepass bundles are just not worth it if blizzard will bring them back for free every year.

they should re-release some of the battlepass skins during the anniversary event only. In Overwatch 1 the anniversary was an event where all event skins were up for purchase, now that overwatch 2 allows players to buy most event skins at any time they should use the short window of the anniversary event to allow players to buy battlepass skins they missed

They could have at least brought the Anniversary Shop back with unavailable skins that weren't a part of Ultimate BPs like Feskarn Brigitte, Cabana Ana, or heck even some Shop skins that either don't sell that much or are from less popular heroes. It's not that much to ask for in comparison to last year's Anniversary Shop that had Ultimate BP skins in it.

You missed quite a bit on the mythic weapon, it changes colors depending on dmg or heals and does indeed level up the more elims you get. It takes awhile to power up since you're a support and not a tank like Rein. As an Ana main I got it easily thanks to not getting the Reaper mythic since I have skins I like for him and don't play him enough

the coolest thing about the new weapon skin is that both the scoped in ui and the weapon itself change colors depending on if you're healing or doing damage, but other than that and the kill effect it really is nothing special

I do like that mythic weapon changes color depending on if you are healing or doing damage, but I don't see myself ever spending mythic prisms on a gun skin.

Health pack weapon charm is also surprising seeing as how that comes from the matching Bap skin from the limited time event OW1 . I have that skin also one of the rarest 😊

Ana was a weird choice for a mythic. As a rein main I think it made a lot of sense for him, an over the top weapon fits with the rein playstyle and vibe, but the ana one just feels odd. Junkrat would fit well with some crazy kill effects, or even a Mei one thats like pyrovision themed and creates confetti when she kills people. Mythic weapons just dont work for all the characters.

As an Ana main, the mythic was an insta-unlock for me and I must say, I have no regrets. At first, I found the kill effect a bit wierd, but I'll get used to it. My favourite aspect is how it changes it's entire color scheme depending on who you are shooting with it, my weapon turning purple when I shot a bot at the practicing range caught me off guard and I was like braindead for not noticing how it works for 2 games straight lol. I think most of my fellow Ana mains can agree that we've been fed very well. Also, those of you with jade weapons for Ana, do you like the mythic with that greenish primary color? I can't decide wether it's ugly or wierdly nice looking.

The ana mythic actually changes color based off if your hitting a ally or enemy. It turns purple when you hit enemies, and yellow when you heal.

in my opinion the ana mythic weapon is the best cosmetic ever released in overwatch. the way your gun beginns to glow after you make a few kills, the color of the weapon and the ui, glowing effect changing so clean when you do dmg/heal, the scope ui is just sick (especially the damage one), also the weapon gets kinda green in certain low lighting areas and the weapon changes a bit of it's color depending on if u stand in light or shadow

The event skins to unlock for free are really cool actually ! I speak as a person who started playing OW2 for 1 years now and I don't have that much coins. It took me so much times every season to grind and getting those gray coins that I was really happy last year to get the anniversary shop ! Now we don't have it anymore, but the weekly challenges stuff are great (especually for Ram, I don't really like the one I have from an old battle pass, so this one is a great new one for me). They could have at least give us some extra gray coins, but that ok. Also LETS GO ANA MYTHIC SKIIIIIN !!

You can floursh always, its mouswheel down. The weapon turns black if you shoot enemies It gets more scratches and the light gets stronger like its a sun in the weapon, the more you kill/heal. Some extra info
