New video yayy!! Thanks for sharing the tools, it also informed me about the major UX research methods that I should learn and master! Thank you! Stay safe and healthy! P.S. Also used Hotjar, similar tool like Crazyegg but comes with a free plan.

Your channel has been so helpful with getting me back in the rhythm of UX research. I was getting too focused on UI Design for the visual aspect of my portfolio. Looking forward to the projects I will be working on with your help. Great hair btw :)

@@Ralphunreal Nice, I haven't used that one personally - how do you like it compared to other tools? (if you've used other ones)

Hi Kevin, please could you talk about how you work with other team member? (UX / UI designer...etc) Very interesting to know some of the process or challenges insights!
@zerotoux4 жыл бұрын
Will do! I have videos with a UX Designer (Raphael), a UXR (Vanessa), and a UXR manager (Paula) , please check those out! I'm also planning on interviewing more folks like product managers, marketing, and qUXRs, too

Thank you for sharing this! It's very insightful. Do you have any tips on how to conduct a usability test? Although your "hugging" laptop may work, I would like to also collect behavioral data (i.e., face and bodily postures). Thanks again!

I got a video for how to conduct usability testing step by step!

Hi Kevin, what are the most common statistical analysis methods used in UX research? Thanks
@zerotoux4 жыл бұрын
I can't speak for everyone, but know basic descriptive stats, t tests, anovas, linear regressions (maybe multiple regressions too if you're keen on it), chi-square, and experimental design (counterbalancing, within- vs. between-subjects). I know some more advanced stats people use might include conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, and other things

Kevin Liang Thanks! It’s pretty helpful😉

Where do you use these statistical analysis? Why are they important (I use spss for my thesis analysis. But I do not know how do these analysis relate to ux)

Hey Kevin hope you are doing well, so I would like to know is there any free tools for eye tracking ?
@zerotoux4 жыл бұрын
Hey Udit, hope you're well too! Yeah there are free ones you can download from Google that uses the webcam, but free ones are never accurate enough AFAIK.
